Fall Craft Vendor Information

To apply for the Fall Craft Vendor Event please:

1. Print and fill out the forms below.

2. Read and sign the vendor contract.

3. Scan and email the forms to frhsboosters@gmail.com.

4. We will send you an invoice for your booth, please pay within 48 hours to reserve your booth.
